Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Vioan.in. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@vioanchemicals.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact our customer service team at info@vioanchemicals.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the original item(s). Once we receive your return, we will ship out the new item(s) to you.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team at info@vioanchemicals.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including providing a replacement item or a refund.
